Personal Training
Personal Training is where my heart lies, its how I started in the Fitness Industry and I am lucky enough to offer clients a private space at my studio located in Kingsthorpe.
After spending three years working out of a commercial gyms, I realized that a lot of people need help but don't want to train with other people in what can be a very intimidating space. I am very conscious of this which is why my space is small and intimate.
I have kept my space simple, it isn't a gym, it's a training space for individuals and partners and also boot camps and group classes.
I aim to provide a private service to allow individuals to feel more comfortable to start training and create confidence in both self and fitness.

Online Coaching
I don't believe in quick fixes or extreme diets, I believe in education and long term sustainability and that involves eating a wide variety of foods, sustainable exercise and goal setting.
If your goal is to lose weight, my goal is to teach you how to keep it off.
Ultimately, I want you to achieve your goals, but more importantly I want you to keep them!

Boot Camp
Needing a supportive and encouraging place to train with a bunch of amazing people?
Whether you are working out for the first time (or it's been a while) or you are already super fit, my Bootcamp sessions are structured to keep the group together to achieve the ultimate goal of health and fitness!
I will work with the experienced down to the ones needing an extra push in the right direction to help you fall in love exercise! This is so it becomes part of your lifestyle not just something you do to lose those extra kilos.
