Mini Group PT Session 60 mins
A 60 minute focused training session designed to challenge you and teach you and your friends together in a group environment.
Whether you bring friends and loved one, training this way with me allows you the attention required to progress, grow + have fun at the same time with a bunch of your fav people.
Please note: This price is for a Mini Group Session only and must be booked with other by either yourself, or yourself and your friends booking individually. This session is maxed to 4 people.

Boot Camp

Whether you are working out for the first time (or it's been a while) or you are already super fit, my Bootcamp sessions are structured to keep the group together to achieve the ultimate goal of health and fitness!
I will work with the experienced down to the ones needing an extra push in the right direction to help you fall in love exercise! This is so it becomes part of your lifestyle not just something you do to lose those extra kilos.
